Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

1. After your payment has been accepted, you should receive an automated confirmation email. In the meantime Dragon's Garden will get on with packing your order and getting it sent out to the post office as quickly as possible. Bear in mind that this is a business run by one person, they may not be able to send out your package same day. Dragon's Garden ships from Philly (Or for anyone not from here....from Philadelphia, Pa)

2. Dragon's Garden relies on nature to create the beautiful pendants you see. Therefore they try to reduce waste, and their carbon footprint whenever possible. Shipping materials will consist mainly of clean recycled paper. They ask that you kindly reuse or recycle said materials :)

3. Dragon's Garden takes no responsibility for any failure to deliver, or delay in delivery caused by events outside of its control. Unfortunately porch thieves exist no matter what neighborhood you live in. Please watch your orders movements closely and plan accordingly. Whether that looks like being home, having a neighbor retrieve your package, or picking up your package from a carrier branch. Dragon's Garden is not responsible for any loss, damage or missing contents that may occur to any parcel after delivery. Reimbursement will not be offered.

4. Delivery timeframes are estimated timeframes provided by the carrier, and do not include unforeseen delays. Note that delivery timeframes start once your order has been scanned by the carrier, not at time of checkout.

 5. Dragon's Garden does not offer international shipping at this time. Dragon's Garden does however sell with a store that does ship some of it's products internationally. Please see "Now In Stores" tab. 

6. Dragon's Garden reserves the right to refuse any order you place with them.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Dragon's Garden is not able to do full returns, as Dragon's Garden is run by one person and one person alone currently. Dragon's Garden can however, discuss exchanges as long as the item returns in the same condition it was sent out as. Meaning that Dragon's Garden reserves the right to refuse an exchange on an item if there is damage to the product, missing packing, and no proof of purchase included.

2. Dragon's Garden does not accept returns on change of mind purchases. Again, this is a solo operation. Dragon's Garden does not have the capacity to be able to do this, so please choose carefully.

3. Dragon's Garden does not offer prepaid return labels. Postal charges on returns are at the cost of the customer and are non-refundable. 

4. Dragon's Garden is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during the transfer. Once the package leaves my hands, it is under ownership of the customer. Therefore it is the customer/couriers’ responsibility.
