RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Dragon's Garden is not able to do full returns, as Dragon's Garden is run by one person and one person alone currently. Dragon's Garden can, however, discuss exchanges as long as the item returns in the same condition it was sent out as. Meaning that Dragon's Garden reserves the right to refuse an exchange on an item if there is damage to the product, missing packing, and no proof of purchase included.

2. Dragon's Garden does not accept returns on change of mind purchases. Again, this is a solo operation. Dragon's Garden does not have the capacity to be able to do this, so please choose carefully.

3. Dragon's Garden does not offer prepaid return labels. Postal charges on returns are at the cost of the customer and are non-refundable. 

4. Dragon's Garden is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during the transfer. Once the package leaves my hands, it is under ownership of the customer. Therefore, it is the customer/couriers’ responsibility.
